No Point Following a Programme That Wasn’t Built For You
Generic programmes don't work. Discover how our coaches manually engineer personalised training plans based on your goals, not templates.
We believe decline creeps in the moment training stops being about you and starts being about whatever a generic plan says today. That's the whole problem with template programmes. They're not wrong exactly; they're just not for you specifically, and that gap is where progress quietly stalls.
Here's how we actually do it differently.
Real Information, Not Generic Forms
When someone joins Pinnacle, they go onto our own software and input their main profile, their goals, and what they're actually trying to achieve. That's the starting point: not a guess, not a generic intake form, but real information about the person in front of us.
Coaches Who Engineer, Not Copy
From there, it's the coaches who do the real work. Every programme is manually engineered by a coach, built around what that specific person has told us and what the software tracks over time. As someone trains, they log their sessions and complete performance check-ins, and that information goes straight to their coach. The coach uses it to understand exactly where to progress the programme next, or where to pull back.
Everything Gets Factored In
And it accounts for everything, not just performance. An old injury, a bad shoulder, general life stress—whatever's actually going on for that person gets factored in from day one, not bolted on as an afterthought once something goes wrong.
That's the real difference between a plan and coaching. A plan doesn't know any of this. A coach does, because we built the whole system so they'd always have the information to actually use.
If you're following a programme that's never once been adjusted to you specifically, it might be worth asking why.
Happy training,
Pinnacle Team
