Why Our Second NetWorkOut Was Even Better Than The First

Discover how NetWorkOut brings people together through inclusive group training sessions. Community fitness that focuses on togetherness, not intensity.

Our mission with NetWorkOut has always been straightforward: bring people together, whether they've never tried something like this before or they've been with us from the start, and give them that sense of continuity and togetherness. We are all in it together.

We come in, meet, chat, introduce ourselves, and then we train together. That last part matters more than people expect. This isn't about going mental or breaking yourself in one session. It's about training and genuinely feeling like you're doing a workout together, able to communicate with the people around you as you go. We always begin with a proper warm up, then move into structured training with a touch of cardio mixed in, and we cater for whatever fitness level walks through the door. It's about going through something together, not about trying to get fit in a single session. That was never the aim.

Once training wraps up, we head over to the marina's genuinely fabulous facilities for a shower in surroundings far nicer than your average gym changing room. Then it's a short walk across the car park to the Ketch Rigger for some really good food. This is where the real connection happens: chatting about business, current topics, catching up properly over a quality meal.

Friday's event was a brilliant example of exactly why we do this. What a beautiful day, and a genuinely great group starting to form. There's a different feel to this than standard networking events you'll find around here. Less stiff, less transactional, more people actually getting to know each other over something real. It's the kind of atmosphere where conversation flows naturally and relationships develop organically.

If you fancy joining us for the next one, get in touch and we'll get you sorted.

Happy training,
