However, there are certain conditions that we demand each applicant agrees to before embarking on the 12 week course:

Make the time to train with us three times a week, this is non-negotiable.

Accept that you must follow exactly as we tell you regarding exercise and nutrition and all associated factors.

Give 100% effort throughout the program and maintain a positive approach at all times. Losing body fat is not easy, but if you embrace it entirely you will have an enjoyable and wholly worthwhile experience.

These are the things that we expect of you. If they sound too challenging, then perhaps this isn’t for you.

The 12-week transformation package is designed to give each client positive and truly noticeable results when followed correctly. Using a combination of one to one training sessions, comprehensive nutritional guidance as well as our motivational approach we aim to give you all the tools and support necessary to change the way you look and feel.

This package isn’t for everyone – it takes uncompromising commitment and we will keep you accountable every step of the way.

How will it work?

Initial Consultation

The goal of this stage is to ensure that we create achievable goals with sustainable outcomes based on your requirements and our recommendations. In order to ensure the highest degree of success it is essential that we are able to create a training, nutrition and lifestyle environment that fits your personal profile and allows you to thrive over the coming weeks.

Nutrition Audit

Following rigorous analysis of your current diet and eating habits, a bespoke meal plan will be developed to compliment your training and give you the edge to achieve your body transformation. By ensuring you are feeding your body with the correct nutrients in the correct proportions we can maximise training intensity whilst ensuring satiety through bang for your buck meals.

Your meal plan will be cycled around your training, work and fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Fat loss? No problem. Muscle gain? We’ve got you covered. All meal plans designed to meet requirements for simplicity, taste, and personal preference.

Assessment

Our comprehensive assessment covers a multitude of areas including your body composition, an overview of your health and exercise history, a thorough movement screen and current ability levels to ensure that the program being devised is tailored as specifically to you as possible. Your goals will be assessed and a process put in place to ensure that they are realistic and ultimately as achievable as possible.

Program Design

Based on your assessment and goal setting, an individualised training program will be formulated with every aspect in mind. We utilise a multitude of training methods and tailor them to your own individual requirements rather than using a “one size fits all” approach so common in the industry.

Training

We strive to ensure that every training session creates a platform in order for you to keep making steps forward. Our aim is to push you to levels that you did not feel were possible through constant feedback, attention to detail and encouragement.

Re-Assessment

You will also be assessed during and at the end of your programme.

This is vital in ensuring that you are on the right track and continually focussed on the desired outcome. The ultimate outcome will be results that speak for themselves.
