LBT, aka ‘legs bums & tums’ is a universally popular exercise class in the commercial gym space but rarely if at all is it performed with real progress in mind.
To truly progress, exercise needs to be consistent, structured and progressively challenge each and every movement/muscle you are targeting…
…To do this you need a variety of techniques, equipment and qualified coaching which unfortunately cannot be achieved with simply an exercise mat, light dumbbells and/or resistance bands.
Train LBT under the guidance of a coach for an intended purpose (improve lower body physique and strength).
At Pinnacle Performance we have a 5000 sq.ft fully equipped private space, with a large focus on lower body training.
✅ Train in a private fully equipped space instead of a studio in small group (no more than 8 people per session).
✅ Perform a progressive program to your individual ability instead of a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.
✅ Be surrounded by like-minded individuals under the guidance of an experienced team.
