Dear Members,

This is a quick follow-up to the email we sent a few weeks ago about our new services.

As we approach our 11th year in the Marina, it’s looking more and more likely that we’ll be signing on for another term (length still to be decided).

As many of you know, being right on the coast comes with its complications, one way in, one way out. That’s one of the reasons why we’ve launched two new offerings to help us grow and adapt as we move forward.

We’re genuinely lucky to have such a loyal community around us. The support over the years has meant everything.

Now we’re looking to open things up a little and share what we do with more people, and we’d love your support in helping make that happen.

Online Coaching Is Now Live

We’ve quietly launched our structured online training; now it’s time to grow it.

If you know anyone who doesn’t train with us in the gym but could benefit from a clear plan, coaching, and a bit of accountability, please send them our way.

Everything’s hosted online through our Stan Store, and it’s simple to get started.

Corporate Health & Fitness (Online)

We’re now offering remote coaching, training, and support for businesses. This is entirely online, not based in the gym, and aimed at helping teams move better, feel better, and stay consistent.

Meet Ben Powell

Ben’s recently joined as a new coach and is keen to get going. Coming from a strong sports background, fitness has always been a big part of his life,  both for performance and for the physical and mental benefits day to day. He now brings that same energy to Pinnacle, working with all levels and helping people build consistency, confidence, and momentum.

Sports Massage with Ben Simmons

Ben’s our in-house Sports Therapist, blending hands-on treatment with rehab training and education to help people recover properly, not just patch up injuries. He’s worked with everyone from Olympians to weekend warriors, always tailoring recovery plans to fit real lives and tangible goals. With a background in Sport and Exercise Therapy and a love for movement himself, Ben brings both expertise and empathy to every session.
